Ms. Shandra states, "MMI is a very special place where everyone values the importance of consistently putting your best foot forward, whether in the classroom, on the field, or in the community. "  Some of her interests include: photography, reading, movies, and travel.  One of her favorite quotes comes former Carnegie Mellon University Professor, Randy Pausch's Last Lecture: "The brick walls are there for a reason.  The brick walls are not there to keep us out; the brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something."
