MMI senior basketball players Edward Herbener and Jonathan Stish both earned Wyoming Valley Conference Coaches Association Division 3 honors and were selected to participate in the Wyoming Valley Conference Senior All-Star Game.
Herbener, the son of Darrin and Tracy Herbener of Freeland, was named to the Division 3 first team. Stish, the son of Lori Stish of Freeland and the late Mitchell Stish, received Division 3 second team honors.
Herbener and Stish will both take part in the conference All-Star game that will be played April 1 at Holy Redeemer High School in Wilkes-Barre.
