Local high school seniors Khristian Banks and Jessica Zheng have been named Semifinalists for the 2023 class of the Coca-Cola Scholars Program, moving to the next round of the selection process to become a Coca-Cola Scholar and receive a $20,000 college scholarship.

Twelve MMI Preparatory School students participated in the Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science (PJAS) state competition in May on the Penn State Main Campus. Six earned first awards, six won second awards, and one earned an Outstanding Junior Award.

MMI Preparatory School honored the Class of 2022 during its 130th commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 26. Seniors received their diplomas from MMI Head of School Justin Kleinheider and Chair of the 2021-2022 Board of Directors Llewellyn F. Dryfoos, III ‘82.

MMI Preparatory School had three students selected winners in the Wyoming Valley Poetry Society’s Student Poetry Contest.

MMI Preparatory School held an awards ceremony to honor middle school students for their academic achievements and to induct members into the National Junior Honor Society and the National Classical League for Latin.

MMI Preparatory School recently held an Athletic Awards ceremony outside in the Mildred Culp Kahler Courtyard to honor upper school and middle school student athletes and their achievements during the 2021-2022 school year.
